Document register
The firm's evidence documents — registered and versioned, so every citation can be shown unchanged.
Assistive boundary — where the assistant proposes and a person decides
the assistant is an LLM tool — it reads the firm's registered documents
and proposes citations, firm risks, substantiations and residual / treatment
drafts so decisions rest on the best available information. Every proposal is
suggest-only: a reviewer accepts, edits or rejects it, and only accepted or edited
suggestions are written to the assessment; anything the tool cannot ground is handed
back for manual entry. The tool surfaces evidence — it does not decide.
Mapping status by assessment
Where triage allocated document content, and what is left to map, review and apply. The assistant works inside one assessment at a time, so only the active one is counted — switch to an assessment to count and map its allocated material.
| Assessment | Documents | Sections | To map Documents allocated to this assessment that the assistant has proposed nothing from yet. Map now maps these, and only these. | To review Findings awaiting review — the findings queue's own count, so it includes findings that cite no document. | To apply Accepted findings not yet applied — the findings queue's own count. Applying happens in the queue. | |
